Aragost
A rain-slick modern city where the ordinary world thins and the supernatural presses close. People work, pay rent, and avoid certain alleys—and tell themselves the shadows are only shadows.

Aragost is a functioning modern city with supernatural rot beneath the surface. The worst things in it are collectively known as The Rot. The people it feeds on are called Tallow, and the city keeps a quiet ledger of everyone who learns that word too late.
