Who He Is
Orrin is the figure the desperate find when there is nothing left to trade but themselves. The terms are always honoured; the cost is rarely the one written on the front of the page. He is patient, courteous, and never the most dangerous thing in the room—because he owns the room. Every bargain in the city eventually passes through his hands.
