The Rose is not sleek. It is old metal, salvage panels, oxidized bronze and warning amber, held together by people who refuse to let it die. Coolant lines hum, biolog glow seeps through seams, and somewhere deep in the hull, something old keeps a steady rhythm.
Memory in the walls
